02
Free initial assessment
It starts with a free call with one of our consultants, where we get to know your case. From there, you'll meet with an immigration attorney who will dig into your profile, evaluate your options, and give you an honest answer.

03
Kick-off and onboarding
Once you decide to move forward, onboarding is structured so you know exactly what to expect from day one.
Sign the contract, pay the initial Tukki fee, and you're in.
Onboard to the platform to understand how everything works and how to track progress of your case.
Schedule your bi-weekly check-ins with the team, your dedicated space to ask questions and keep things moving.
Before a single document gets uploaded, you'll have a dedicated 1-hour strategy session with your attorney to align on your visa petition from every angle: your case narrative, which supporting evidence is strong and what to leave out, any documentation gaps or inconsistencies, and a clear plan so everyone knows exactly what needs to happen from day one.

04
Case production
Once the strategy is set, you upload your documentation directly to the platform. No emails, no shared drives, no back and forth outside of it.
Your paralegal and immigration attorney take over: summarizing, drafting expert letters, organizing your documents, and giving you feedback so everything meets the bar before it moves forward.
Every document goes through 5 mandatory layers of review:

If anything changes after a review, it goes back through the process. Every time, no exceptions.

05
Petition assembly
Your attorney drafts your support letter, the executive summary of your entire case and the core of your legal argument.
Once you review and approve it, your visa petition is assembled automatically by the platform, not manually merged in a PDF or dumped in a shared drive (which is the standard industry practice). An alert page flags anything that needs attention before it goes out.
At that point, you do one final check, pay the 2nd part of Tukki's fees and government fees, and you're ready to file with USCIS.

06
Filing
If USCIS approves your case straight away, we'll guide you through consular processing, review your DS-160 (the visa interview form) and make sure everything is perfect up until the very end.
If you get an RFE ("Request for Evidence" a follow-up from USCIS asking for more proof), we'll prepare and submit the response for you. All included, no extra fees.
Unlike most firms that bill hourly for RFEs, everything stays within your original flat fee.
